Download script

By using the script called "Color h", you can color-code by hydrophobicity.
  1. Access PyMOL wiki Color h.
  2. Make a copy of in the gray box under the The code, and then paste it into a text file


  3. Save as "color_h.py"
Or download color_h.py


Run color_h on PyMOL

  1. File → Run → color_h.py
  2. Enter the comman line
    3. color_h
  3. Show → Surface
    4. red:Hydrophobic surface

    You can change color by entering color_h2 on command line.
